100% Grass Fed Dexter Beef. Reared by our neighbours JM Grassland Dexters in the Gilnahirk Hills. VERY tasty gluten free meat with the lowest carbon foot print possible! You will notice the difference. The dexter beef is frozen to reduce waste as it is sold in smaller quantities… This doesn’t affect the taste!!
